About Me
My journey with food as medicine began at 22, when I was diagnosed with endometriosis.
For as long as I can remember, I had endured excruciating, heavy periods and cycled through different forms of contraception which eased the pain but left my mental health unravelled. After my diagnosis, something in me decided it was time to take ownership of my healing. I dove into research, searching for ways to support my body without relying on medication. Again and again, I was drawn to one simple truth: food could be a powerful tool for change.
Eliminating refined sugar, gluten, and dairy was my first step.
The results were nothing short of life-changing. For the first time, I experienced pain-free cycles. No mood swings. No bloating. The back pain that had haunted me since my teens simply disappeared.
I soon began to ask myself a different question:
Instead of focusing on what to remove, what could I add to deeply nourish myself?
Embracing Neurodiversity & Finding My Path
By 26, I had found out I have ADHD and autism -after years of masking, pushing through, and eventually burning out. During those difficult months, the one thing that grounded me was cooking. Preparing healthy meals on Monday mornings became a ritual that soothed my mind and steadied my body.
That small ritual led to a big choice:
I enrolled in the Natural Chef course at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I learned how to use food therapeutically and began to see cooking as both nourishment and medicine.
Recognising my neurodivergent needs also inspired some bold, life-shaping decisions.
I left my corporate job as a web designer, worked in London kitchens, became a retreat chef, and eventually moved across the country to live in a van to embrace a life that felt aligned with my values, my body, and my rhythm.

Rooting Into My Next Chapter
Today, I’m reconnecting with nature in a way I never have before - learning from the land, the seasons, and the quiet rhythms that live beneath everything.
This deepening connection has guided me into a new chapter: a womb awakening journey, where I’m exploring the energetic, emotional, and ancestral layers of the womb space.
This path is leading me toward becoming a womb healer, combining nourishment, cyclical wisdom, and embodied presence. It feels like the natural evolution of everything I’ve learned so far - a return to the body’s oldest knowledge.
And truly, this is just the first chapter.
I’m still learning, still unfolding, still becoming.
