I am currently welcoming case studies as part of my ceremonial womb massage training, based in and around Cumbria.

As I do not currently have a practise space I can either come to you or I can offer the session in my unconventional cabin / caravan home near Carlisle.

I am offering these practise sessions for free but I would be so grateful for a contribution to fuel costs if I am travelling to you. I  would also love to receive a written or video testimonial after our session.

If you have found your way to this page unexpectedly, yet something within you feels called to this work, I invite you to reach out below.

Ceremonial Womb Massage

I offer deeply personalised womb healing sessions tailored to each individual’s needs. My work supports the womb space both physically and energetically.

This is a deep and sensitive massage. The body often needs time to feel safe before it can truly soften and surrender. These sessions are intentionally spacious, allowing you to move slowly without pressure or rush.

Creating safety within the body opens the possibility for deeper healing, release, and reconnection.

You are worthy of the time it takes to fully receive.

In my space, the womb is not gendered.

When I speak of the womb, I am not only referring to the physical organ, but to the energetic and emotional womb space. This includes people born with a womb, those who have had their womb removed, and those born without a womb who still feel deeply connected to being womb-centred.

How Can Womb Massage Support You?

You have menstrual pain or irregular cycles.
You have (or suspect) endometriosis, PCOS, or fibroids.
Pelvic tension shows up often.
You’re facing fertility challenges or difficulty conceiving.
You’ve gone through a miscarriage or pregnancy termination.
You’ve had a hysterectomy.
Menopause-related changes are impacting your day-to-day.
There’s sexual numbness or a sense of disconnection from your body.
You feel emotionally or energetically “offline.”
Following through on creative ideas is hard; your voice feels distant, and something inside is ready to shift.
You’re standing at the threshold of a new chapter and feel ready to move beyond your current limits.
Your body may be holding grief, trauma, anger, or old memories that want to be witnessed and released in a safe, supported space.

What Happens During the Ceremony?

My womb healing ceremonies are offered as either 3-hour or 6-hour sessions.  I generally recommend beginning with a 6-hour session, as this allows us the time and space to fully settle, connect, and integrate together after. I hold this work ceremonially because your body deserves to be deeply honoured and cared for.

To Begin...

We will begin by sharing ceremonial cacao or herbal tea together and spend time discussing your intentions, your history, and what is currently asking for care or attention within you.

From there, we begin the massage journey. Together we work with the body to release tension, soften holding patterns, support emotional release, and invite loving presence into tender spaces.

During a 3-Hour Session

We begin by opening the heart space through breast massage (always with consent). From there, we move to the belly and womb space.

During a 6-Hour Session

This session includes full body massage, with focused attention on the belly, pelvic bowl, and womb space. We begin with the back body, supporting the nervous system and allowing the pelvis and body to soften and realign.

From there we move to:

  • The heart space and breasts

  • The belly and womb space

  • The vulva (only if fully consented to)

We move slowly and collaboratively throughout the session. Consent is ongoing, and we only move into the next layer of the work if and when your body feels ready.

At some point, you will naturally feel complete, and we will gently close the ceremony together.

To Close & Integrate

We close the session with bone closing practices or with grounding touch.

Afterwards, we will share nourishing snacks or herbal tea together and take time to gently talk about and integrate the experience.

You will also receive guidance on how to care for yourself in the days and weeks following the session.

My Own Womb Massage Story

CLARA-177.jpg

After years of being diagnosed with what felt like every hormonal condition under the sun, endometriosis, PCOS and PMDD, I started my own healing journey.

It started with food and lifestyle changes. I was cycle syncing my food and exercise and becoming more aware of my body, but something still didn’t quite feel right. The pain still came and went and I couldn’t get to the bottom of it.

A couple of years ago I was at a festival and felt so drawn to the womb tent. I met a womb massage practitioner there and months later I had my first womb massage.

It was deeply moving, but it was only two hours long. Just as my body started softening, it was over. I left feeling like I wanted more from it, although I didn’t really know what “more” meant at the time.

Then I found ceremonial womb massage and it finally clicked. For the first time, I felt like I had the space and time to properly go into what my body was holding.

It wasn’t comfortable. It felt messy, emotional and confronting. But afterwards I felt lighter, clearer and more connected to myself.

Through deepening my connection to my womb, I also noticed a clearing in my throat and found myself expressing more freely and openly.

This work changed a lot for me, and it’s an honour to now hold this space for others too.
